Looking Forward to 2021

Wow 2020 was a challenging year. But rather than bore everyone with complaints about 2020 (we all have them), I would like to list a few things I'm thankful for and look forward to 2021.

  1. My Family - COVID has brought our family closer together. While I miss our family in New York and Illinois, I'm grateful that we've been able to spend the year together. My kids are growing up so fast, I'm happy to have a front row seat. This year I've been able to watch as my daughter got her license, took college classes online, and made the National Honor Society. My son is now in High School and is a starting guard on his Freshman High School Team. Any other year, I may have missed these milestones. I know I push my kids real hard, I'm real proud of them.

  2. Hard Work - With so much uncertainty in 2020, I've had to work each day like it was my last. I've had to be more creative, and as a marketer, this Year has been fun. We just can't do everything the same way we did before, so we got the opportunity to innovate. We even brought Santa to life with our Winter Garden App.

3. Netflix - Thank you Netflix for Tiger King, Cobra Kai, and other binge worthy shows. You've helped make 2020 more enjoyable. I know tomorrow I'll be watching the new season of Cobra Kai with my son.

Like every New Year, 2021 will present new challenges and opportunities. I'm looking forward to spending more time with my friends and family. I'm hopeful that we'll be able to travel to New York and Illinois to see our family. I would like to wish everyone a happy and safe New Year. Let's make 2021 a success!
